We are currently carrying out a youth empowerment programme across Africa with a target of affecting the lives of one million African Youths and Children before the end of year 2023. Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria happens to be the launching ground for this empowerment.
We are partnering with traders to train Youths on different trades for free to enhance self reliance and financial freedom.
It's our passion and we will run with it.

HON. MRS. ADA CHARLES, CHAIRMAN OF BIASE LGA OF CROSS RIVER STATE, NIGERIA PLEDGES HER SUPPORT FOR THE VISION OF WORSOM
We the entire membership of WORSOM extends our gratitude to Hon. Mrs. Ada Charles, the current and first female Chairman of Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria for pledging her support for the actualization of WORSOM's vision within the Local Government Area. She was presented an Award of Honour for her meritorious service and exemplary living in Biase L.G.A.
WORSOM YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AND AWARD CEREMONY FOR BIASE LGA IN CROSS RIVER STATE NIGERIA
The just concluded Youth Empowerment and Award Ceremony held in Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State was a huge success. The Educational Campaign programme called: 5Books, 1Pen + School Fees Campaign Programme for the less privileged was launched with focus on the orphans, fatherless and the very poor across Africa. The journey for impact across Africa has just begun. We will do our best to brighten the little corner where we are.

NOW IS THE TIME!
Time will never be just right. If you are to do something, you need to do it now whether you are ready or not.
Do what you have to do, even when you lack motivation; even when you lack preparation; even when you lack support. Do it now because no other time will be better to do what you have to do than now.
If you are to make something happen, you need to make it happen now, with whatever little training, motivation, or support you have. Whether you agree or not, now is the time.
There are things today that you wish you had started them a year ago. Yet a year from now, there will be things that you would wish you had started today.
Note that the place of planning is not totally erased. Plan.......... but do not plan forever. Its time to wake up and start working your plan.
According to Williams Feather, "Conditions are never just right, people who delay actions until all conditions are favourable simply do nothing."

Simple Success Formula
Ideas + Decision - ACTION = Mere Wishes ( No progress made)
Ideas + Decision + ACTION = Progressive Result (Whether the result is successful or not, experience has been gained for a better next time)
For any idea to become a reality, an action must be applied because all objects (including ideas) remains at a state of rest until a force (action) is applied.
Hence, if you must achieve success and steady progress in all your endeavour, then you must always be ready for action no matter how fearful the task may be.

Your results of today, are simply a function of your decisions, actions and reactions of yesterday. Unfortunately, yesterday is gone with all the errors and blunders you may have committed. No corrections can be made any more.
Fortunately, there is a good news - "you have TODAY".
Hence, carefully ponder over all your decisions, actions and reactions of today because, they will determine your result for tomorrow.
If you want to make a decision in an areas you know little or nothing about, make adequate findings and do not operate on assumptions or "hear-say". Those assumptions and "hear-say", are most often inadequate. Thereby, hampering your ability to make quality and proper decisions.
Make proper enquiry to enable you make the right decisions as well as take the right actions.
The sum of all decisions, leads to the type of life a person experiences in the future.
HENCE, DECISION IS DESTINY.
